Community Care

This 2-day course trains community members to manage mental health crises during disasters and emergencies. The curriculum enhances skills in psychological first aid, trauma response, resilience building, and self-care. Through interactive scenarios, evidence-based teachings, and expert-led discussions, participants will gain the competence and confidence to handle complex situations.

We also offer a 1-day course tailored for community leaders, including school principals, religious leaders, scoutmasters, city council members, public health officials, business leaders, and community activists.
