Ground Truth teams gather on-site intelligence to assess community needs, identify key engagement areas, and optimize outreach. We focus on crisis stabilization, grief counseling, collaborating with community leaders and first responders, connecting individuals with essential resources, and reaching marginalized and remote populations to ensure no one is left behind.

Empowering

Effective mental health and crisis stabilization require ongoing support. Through our EPS initiative, we provide crisis recognition and response training in accessible public spaces, equipping individuals to handle crises with confidence. Our in-service training and wellness checks for key professionals—EMS, law enforcement, teachers, and chaplains—help them process trauma and improve public engagement. We also offer resources for continued learning to ensure sustained support.

We don’t just offer solutions—we deliver results. Our clients benefit from metrics that track the impact of our services, from surveys and interaction data to transparent reviews of our training and interventions.
